A 105,000 sq ft distribution center Nichols Construction Team constructed the distribution center with site-cast concrete panels (concrete tilt-up). The panels were formed, poured and erected in 6 weeks – during mid-winter! Commencing construction in November 2005, this facility was completed and ready for occupancy one full month ahead of the specified schedule in April of 2006.
