Project Details

Construction was completed in 2009 on the new Fitness Education Center at Aquinas Institute of Rochester. Aquinas selected The Nichols Team and our exclusive Facilitek Design-Build process to bring this project life. The 30,000 sf facility includes 3 basketball courts, a jogging track and space for new cardiovascular and aerobic fitness training. Site-Cast Tilt-Up concrete panels form the facility's envelope. "Building on the successful project relationship established during last year's Courtyard/Atrium project, it continues to be a pleasure working with Aquinas in their mission to provide excellence in comprehensive Education", said John Nichols.
