AQUINAS INSTITUTE – COURTYARD ENCLOSURE
Detailed foundation footings and poured walls. Radius walls and 16’ high poured basement walls create the foundations for the elaborate steel structure that will create the envelope for the B. Thomas Golisano Library.

KLEIN STEEL SERVICE, INC.
Design and construction of a +/- 133,000 sf office and steel distribution center on a +/- 13-acre site located in the Western Gateway Subdivision in the City of Rochester.

PEARCE MEMORIAL CHURCH –
BASEMENT RENOVATION
Classroom build-out for use by Roberts Wesleyan College. Consists of men’s and women’s restrooms, three 25’ x 60’ classrooms, storage room and weight room. Hot water radiant heat throughout area. Two air handling units for AC and air make-up.

LEWIS TREE SERVICE, INC. 
Design and construction of a 20,000 square foot national headquarters facility in the RIT Business & Technology Park.

ST. PIUS TENTH CHURCH 
Design and construction of a 12,500 sf addition to include expanded worship space, an entrance with a covered drop-off area, meeting rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, a music room and a new baptismal font.

TRINITY EMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH 
Classrooms and office addition.

PITTSFORD COMMUNITY CHURCH 
Design and construction of a 14,000 sf family life/education addition. This addition includes an athletic area plus ten classrooms, two bathrooms, future kitchen area, a library, nursery school room, foyer, mezzanine, storage area and several new entrances.

SECONDARY SCHOOL
Interior renovations to the former St. Anne’s school to include gymnasium, offices, classrooms and bathrooms.
