Why? Because Klein Steel was very serious about choosing the right company and we’re very serious about being the right choice. Klein Steel also believed in design/build as the optimal project delivery method and responded, in part, to TNT’s quality, experience and value proposition.

On paper, the net result was the design and construction of a +/- 133,000 sf office and distribution center on a +/- 13-acre site located in the Western Gateway Subdivision in the City of Rochester. In reality, the best part from all perspectives was that together we rehabilitated and restored a brownfield site to productive use. And together we created jobs that will remain in the city—which is a cause that reflects the hearts, history and culture of both Klein Steel and TNT.

As a result of delivering on our value proposition, TNT was the only company considered for Klein Steel’s next expansion project.
